<br />Supporting him is Abraham Hadad, P.S.M. (60% available) – Principal in Charge for this Contract. Mr. Hadad is the Founder and
<br />President of HADONNE and brings over 34 years of experience. His extensive portfolio includes projects with Miami Dade
<br />County Department of Transportation and Public Works (MDDTPW), Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD), Florida
<br />Department of Transportation (FDOT), and multiple municipalities. His expertise includes high-accuracy GNSS Survey control, laser
<br />scanning, utility investigations, construction layout, and 3D topographic surveys. Mr. Hadad brings a wealth of knowledge of
<br />comprehensive experience in the field of infrastructure development. His expertise spans across Surveying and Mapping, Planning,
<br />Design, Agency Permitting, and Construction Management. As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, Mr. Hadad has overseen a wide range
<br />of Public and Private Infrastructure projects, providing full-spectrum project services from the initial program management to the final
<br />stages of construction. In his capacity as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, he has adeptly handled route/right-of-way, boundary,
<br />construction, plats, topographic, and geodetic control surveys for various projects, including cellular towers, transportation systems, and
<br />both commercial and residential developments.
<br />As the proposed Principal in Charge of this contract, Mr. Hadad will provide overall executive oversight and strategic direction, ensuring
<br />that all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, client expectations, and industry standards. He will serve as a
<br />senior resource for critical decision-making, risk management, and issue resolution, particularly on complex or high-priority assignments.
<br />Mr. Hadad will support the HADONNE PM by monitoring performance, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain schedule, budget,
<br />and quality objectives.
<br />Jose Senas, P.S.M. will support our team as QA/QC Manager. Licensed since 1999 and with HADONNE for over 14 years, Mr. Senas leads
<br />quality control and risk management efforts. He has overseen QA/QC on most HADONNE projects and ensures compliance with company
<br />standards and City requirements, delivering consistent, accurate results. As QA/QC Manager, he is responsible for establishing,
<br />implementing, and enforcing quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure that all surveying and mapping deliverables
<br />meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role involves developing project-specific QA/QC plans,
<br />conducting systematic reviews of field data, survey computations, and final mapping products, and verifying compliance with applicable
<br />standards. He provides independent oversight throughout all project phases, identifying potential risks, discrepancies, or
<br />errors early and implementing corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
<br />Alexis Rodriguez, P.S.M. Project Lead. Mr. Rodriguez will support project execution, coordination, and delivery while ensuring technical
<br />excellence across all assignments. He specializes in advanced data acquisition and processing technologies, including terrestrial laser
<br />scanning, UAV/drone mapping, and LiDAR (SLAM, static, and mobile platforms). Mr. Rodriguez is highly proficient in industry-leading
<br />software such as Civil 3D, Carlson, and Bentley OpenRoads Designer, and has extensive experience producing high-accuracy 3D models
<br />and survey deliverables. His technical expertise also includes BIM modeling in Autodesk Revit and point cloud processing using Leica
<br />Cyclone and TopoDOT. Widely recognized for his proficiency in deploying modern survey equipment and software solutions.
<br />Raul Izquierdo, P.S.M. will serve as Senior Project Surveyor for this contract. He specializes in survey computations, including level
<br />adjustments, GPS calibration, traverse closures, boundary analysis, construction layout, as-built surveys, and topographic surveys. His
<br />experience includes numerous projects for MDAD, FDOT, MDWASD, and MDDTPW. Mr. Izquierdo will support project coordination and
<br />oversee day-to-day survey operations, including both field and office activities. He directs and reviews data collection efforts using
<br />conventional methods, LiDAR, and UAV technologies, ensuring compliance with project scope and requirements. He is responsible
<br />for reviewing field data for accuracy and completeness and performs QA/QC of initial field activities and data processing.
<br />Eduardo Reyes, S.I.T. will be HADONNE Lead Survey Technician. Mr. Reyes specializes in boundary, topographic, and drainage surveys.
<br />He also brings extensive experience in title review and boundary preparation, with strong knowledge of Florida Standards of Practice
<br />(FAC 5J-17.051). Eduardo supports and leads field and office survey operations to ensure the accurate and efficient completion of
<br />surveying and mapping projects. In addition, Eduardo assists with data processing, calculations, and drafting, ensuring that all survey
