His expertise spans across Surveying <br />and Mapping, Planning, Design, Agency Permitting, and Construction Management. As a <br />seasoned Senior Project Manager, Mr. Hadad has overseen a wide range of Public and <br />Private Infrastructure projects, providing full-spectrum project services from the initial <br />program management to the final stages of construction. In his capacity as a Professional <br />Surveyor and Mapper, he has adeptly handled route/right-of-way, boundary, construction, <br />topographic, and geodetic control surveys for various projects, including cellular towers, <br />transportation systems, and both commercial and residential developments. Mr. Hadad’s <br />extensive experience and his proven ability to troubleshoot project challenges from the field <br />to the office underscore his exceptional qualifications as a Project Manager. His leadership <br />ensures that every phase of a project is executed with precision and excellence <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />NW S. River Drive Outfall Inspection <br />Dates of Service: November 2022 - February 2023 <br />Mr. Hadad served as the Principal in Charge of the project. HADONNE scoped included <br />performing a visual inspection and structures inventory along the water edge of Miami Canal <br />No C-6 also NW South River Drive within the Town limits, starting on the south at NW 74th <br />Street and on the north NW 107th Avenue approximately 5.5 miles. Dates of Service <br />Mar–Oct 2025 to present (scope has increased and additional work will be conducted). As <br />Principal in Charge, Abraham led HADONNE Corp’s comprehensive Topographic Survey and <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services in support of the Miami International Airport <br />(MIA) Central Terminal Redevelopment program. This modernization effort required highly <br />accurate existing‑conditions data and reliable underground utility information to support <br />design, phasing, and construction within one of the airport’s most operationally sensitive <br />areas. Abraham oversaw the full topographic survey of the designated landside and airside <br />limits surrounding the Central Terminal. His field teams collected detailed horizontal and <br />vertical data capturing all above ground features to airport control and delivered in CAD <br />format consistent with MDAD and consultant standards. He also directed the SUE program, <br />managing both QL‑B and QL‑C investigations to identify, map, and document the dense <br />network of underground utilities serving the Central Terminal. Project Length: 15 Miles. Role: <br />Principal in Charge - QA/QC Manager. HADONNE is conducting a complete 3D Survey for the <br />C-41A Canal in Highlands County. This project requires establishing Primary and Secondary <br />Control using FDOT Standards. The 3D Topographic Survey was completed using Aerial <br />LiDAR/Imagery. The bathymetric survey was completed using Multi Beam echo sounders. <br />HADONNE has establish the Baseline of Survey and Canal Right of Ways. Additionally, <br />HADONNE will research National Geodetic Survey Monuments and will report on the current <br />status. HADONNE will merge the 3D files form Bathymetric and Aerial subconsultant and <br />submit the final 3D Project file to the owner. <br />Client: South Florida Water Management District.
