Role: Principal in Charge. <br />HADONNE performed a comprehensive Boundary and Topographic Survey of the project site to support planning, design, and <br />permitting activities. The survey included the determination and mapping of property boundaries and the relationship of exist ing <br />site improvements thereto. All trees located within the property boundaries were surveyed and documented in a tree inventory table <br />identifying the common and scientific species, trunk diameter, approximate height, and canopy spread. Existing drainage <br />infrastructure, including accessible inlets and manholes, was surveyed and documented with invert elevations, pipe sizes, and pipe <br />materials. The survey also included the location of overhead utility poles and associated utility lines within the project li mits. To <br />facilitate future construction activities, HADONNE established two permanent on-site benchmarks referenced to the Florida State <br />Plane Coordinate System and project datum, providing both horizontal coordinates and vertical elevations for construction control. <br />Upon completion, HADONNE delivered signed and sealed survey drawings, along with electronically signed and sealed unlocked <br />digital files in PDF and DWG formats for use by the design team and project stakeholders. <br />Client: City of Miami. HADONNE performed a <br />comprehensive Boundary and Topographic Survey for the project limits, integrating planimetric 2D topography and underground <br />utility location data to support design, permitting, and engineering analysis. Recovered, verified, and established horizontal and <br />vertical control. Located existing property corners, monuments, and right‑of‑way markers. Reviewed plats, deeds, and record maps <br />to confirm boundary geometry. Prepared a boundary depiction reflecting property lines, easements, and encumbrances. Collected <br />detailed planimetric features including pavement edges, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, fences, walls, drainage structures, sign age, <br />and visible surface improvements. Captured elevation data to represent grade conditions, spot elevations, and surface variations. <br />Produced a 2D topographic base map suitable for engineering design, utility coordination, and permitting. Coordinated with <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) teams to obtain Level B utility data. HADONNE’s integrated survey approach provided the <br />design team with accurate, conflict‑critical boundary, topographic, and underground utility information, reducing design risk and <br />ensuring a reliable foundation for engineering decisions, permitting, and construction planning. <br />Client: EAC Consulting, Inc. Two locations along <br />the Miami River are experiencing shoreline erosion that threatens nearby roadways and public safety. The project aims to stab ilize <br />the embankments and support future seawall construction and roadway restoration. Hadonne’s Current Scope of Services. Location <br />1 – NW S. River Drive (Miami River Mini Rapids Park) Approx. 180 Linear Feet HADONNE is currently performing: Topographic Survey, <br />Bathymetric Survey, SUE Designation (Utility Locate – Quality Level B). These services will support the design of a new seawall and <br />the replacement of guardrail, signing, pavement markings, and sod restoration. Client: GHD Services Inc. Dates: Dates: 08/2023-12/2023. <br />Role: Principal in Charge - Prepare a Map of Topographic Survey, took elevations shots at 100-foot intervals, located all visible above <br />ground features, depicted the Canal Right-of-Way and all intersecting private properties boundary lines. Provided utility coordination <br />services including distributing plans to Utility Agency Owners (UAO), collect as-builts/record drawings of existing and proposed <br />utilities. Develop detailed conflict matrix. Coordinate with FPL electrical service points to fee proposed lighting. Coordinate the final <br />disposition of utilities. Contact: Lochner. Dates: 05/2023-06-2023. <br />Role: Principal in Charge. HADONNE Prepared a Boundary and Topographic Survey of the area. Created a Legal Description based on <br />an outline of a proposed parcel to be provided by the prime consultant. Once the preliminary survey was completed HADONNE <br />coordinated with the consultant in order to establish the proposed boundaries of the parcel. HADONNE also located all trees within <br />the area. Performed Utility Designates (Quality Level B) in order to established the horizontal location of the underground utilities <br />Client: Gurri Matute P.A. Contact : Daphne Gurri 305-661-0069; fsegre@gurrimatute.com <br />Buena Vista Neighborhood Traffic Calming” Project Number B-193620, Florida. Dates: 12/2019-12-2021. <br />Role: Principal in Charge. HADONNE performed a detailed Topographic Survey along the project corridor to support design and <br />engineering activities. The survey included the depiction of existing right-of-way information based on City of Miami Street Atlas <br />sheets, recorded plats, property appraisal records, and all currently dedicated public areas. Survey limits extended from right-of-way <br />to right-of-way along the corridor and included up to 15 feet into adjacent private properties where accessible. At intersections, the <br />survey limits extended 150 feet beyond the radius returns into intersecting roadways. The survey located and mapped all visible <br />above-ground features, including property lines, trees (including species, height, and caliper), house numbers, gates, driveways, <br />sidewalks, pavement features, signs, utilities, and other appurtenances. Drainage structures were investigated and documented with <br />rim elevations, invert elevations, structure depths, pipe sizes, and pipe materials. Cross-section elevation shots were collected at 25- <br />foot intervals throughout the corridor to accurately model existing ground conditions and support roadway and drainage design. All <br />elevations were referenced to the City of Miami Datum. Additionally, HADONNE located and documented existing ADA ramps, <br />driveway approaches, and other accessibility-related improvements. The resulting survey provided a comprehensive representation <br />of existing conditions for use in planning, engineering, and construction design., drainage swales, and drainage structures.
