His experience <br />includes work for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Miami-Dade <br />Aviation Department (MDAD) and multiple municipalities within South Florida. As a <br />seasoned Senior Project Manager, Mr. Paruas has overseen a wide range of public and <br />private infrastructure projects, delivering full-spectrum project services from initial <br />program management through final construction. In his capacity as a Professional Surveyor <br />and Mapper, and serving as both Project and Contract Manager, Mr. Paruas has led <br />numerous 3D design surveys, geodetic control surveys, drainage surveys, and Subsurface <br />Utility Engineering (SUE) investigations. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Basin C100A-E-2; Village of Pinecrest, Miami-Dade County, FL. Dates: January 2024 to <br />August 2024. Mr. Paruas, served as the Survey Project Manager for this project that included <br />a complete 3D Survey for the project limits completed using Terrestrial Mobile Lidar, the <br />project included the following roads: from SW 129th Terrace to SW 126th Terrace and from <br />SW 69th Ave to SW 67th Ave. The 3D Survey extended up to the existing buildings when the <br />lidar data was available. The scope included setting and establishing horizontal and vertical <br />values for the project Secondary Control (TML targets). Final files were submitted on <br />CIVIL3D. Dates of <br />Services: November 2025- to February 2026 <br />Mr. Paruas served as Survey Project Manager for the ongoing Topographic Survey <br />supporting the Terminal D Expansion at Miami International Airport. The work covers <br />existing conditions at the west end of Terminal D, including taxiways, runways, and service <br />roads, using Terrestrial Mobile LiDAR supplemented with traditional surveying and static <br />scanning near existing buildings.
