<br />improvements, and drainage enhancements within an established residential
<br />community. Led design and coordination activities for water main replacements,
<br />force main improvements, drainage enhancements, utility coordination, stakeholder
<br />outreach, and quality management. Improvements addressed aging infrastructure,
<br />localized flooding concerns, and long-term system resiliency objectives.

<br />/ Project Manager. Supported continuing professional engineering services focused
<br />on stormwater analysis, drainage improvements, resiliency planning, and sea-level-
<br />rise adaptation strategies. Managed project delivery, coordinated with municipal
<br />staff, provided technical oversight, and developed infrastructure solutions supporting
<br />community resilience and long-term capital improvement objectives.

<br />Supported the design and implementation of wastewater infrastructure improvements

<br />involving municipal facility improvements, utility infrastructure, site development,
<br />permitting, and construction support. Directed client coordination, multidisciplinary
<br />team management, design oversight, and quality assurance for multiple task-order-
<br />based projects.
<br />Bonaventure Water Service Line & Water Main Replacement, Sunrise, FL: Construction
<br />Administrator. Represented the City during construction of major water infrastructure
<br />improvements, overseeing contractor coordination, pay application reviews, RFIs, and
<br />change orders. Provided construction administration, quality monitoring, stakeholder
<br />communication, and project closeout support throughout project delivery.
<br />Jean Rodriguez, PE serves as Project Manager and will function as the City’s primary
<br />day-to-day point of contact for work performed under this contract. With eight
<br />years of experience supporting municipal infrastructure, utility, drainage, resiliency,
