<br />Sarah Landucci, ISA, will serve as Deputy Project Manager for the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach. Sarah specializes in municipal parks, public spaces, streetscapes, transportation
<br />corridors, and community-focused landscape improvements throughout South Florida.
<br />Her experience includes project coordination, client communication, multidisciplinary
<br />team collaboration, and delivery of landscape planning and design assignments from
<br />concept development through construction support. Working closely with project
<br />managers, engineers, and public agencies, Sarah supports responsive project delivery
<br />while helping create functional, sustainable, and community-focused environments.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Continuing Services Contract, Sunny Isles Beach, FL: Project
<br />Manager. Supported the City’s continuing services program through the coordination
<br />of landscape architecture and multidisciplinary assignments involving parks, public
<br />spaces, resiliency initiatives, streetscapes, planning efforts, and municipal infrastructure
<br />improvements. Served as a key point of coordination among City staff, consultants,
<br />and project teams, supporting project development from scoping and design
<br />through permitting and construction documentation. Responsibilities included client
<br />communication, schedule management, consultant coordination, multidisciplinary
<br />collaboration, and delivery of task-order-based assignments. Representative projects

<br />Designer. Provided landscape architecture support for transportation improvement
<br />projects at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Responsibilities included
<br />coordination of landscape enhancements integrated with roadway, traffic circulation,
<br />and public infrastructure improvements.

<br />Landscape Designer. Supported landscape architecture design for a multimodal
<br />transportation corridor improvement project. Enhancements included streetscape

<br />architecture and public realm design services for an award-winning oceanfront
<br />park redevelopment project incorporating stormwater mitigation, shoreline habitat
<br />enhancements, and coastal landscape improvements.
<br />MLK Boulevard Improvements, Pompano Beach, FL: Landscape Designer. Supported
<br />landscape architecture services for a multimodal streetscape improvement project
<br />delivered under a continuing services contract. Improvements included landscape
