<br />Omar Rodriguez, PE, will serve as Drainage & Resiliency Engineer for the City of

<br />City of Parkland Vulnerability Assessment, Parkland, FL: Project Engineer. Supported
<br />development of a citywide vulnerability assessment evaluating the exposure of
<br />critical public assets to high-tide flooding, storm surge, and compound flooding.
<br />Responsibilities included flood-risk analysis, GIS data evaluation, resiliency planning
