<br />Critical Stormwater Infrastructure Condition Assessment – Year 1, Fort Lauderdale,
<br />FL: Project Manager. Managed development of a citywide program framework to
<br />assess stormwater infrastructure across ten municipal watersheds. Responsibilities
<br />included project planning, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, project
<br />management plan development, funding support, and evaluation of infrastructure
<br />improvement priorities supporting long-term stormwater resiliency and capital
<br />planning efforts.
<br />Hallandale Beach Boulevard (SR 858) Water Main Improvements, Hallandale
<br />Beach, FL: Project Manager. Managed design and construction support services
<br />for replacement and upsizing of approximately 3,500 linear feet of water main
<br />infrastructure under the City’s continuing services contract. Responsibilities included
<br />utility coordination, survey and SUE integration, permitting, bidding support,
<br />construction observation, contract administration, and final certification.
<br />NW 132nd Street Drainage Improvements, Opa-Locka, FL: Project Manager. Managed
<br />a multi-phased drainage improvement project under the City’s continuing services
<br />contract addressing repetitive nuisance flooding within a mixed-use residential,
<br />commercial, and industrial corridor. Responsibilities included survey coordination,
<br />utility investigations, drainage design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction
<br />administration, and replacement of the existing stormwater collection system.
<br />Champlain Tower South Surfside Memorial, Surfside, FL: Project Engineer. Supported
<br />civil engineering, project coordination, and multidisciplinary design efforts associated
<br />with development of the Champlain Tower South Memorial. Responsibilities included
<br />agency coordination, permitting support, stakeholder engagement, grant-funded
<br />project coordination, and delivery of design and construction services within a highly
<br />regulated coastal environment.
<br />Gary Matzner Park, Pinecrest, FL: Project Engineer. Supported development of a
<br />3.75-acre community park serving as a gateway feature for the Village of Pinecrest.
<br />Responsibilities included civil engineering design, site development, multidisciplinary
<br />coordination, consultant management, and support of project delivery from planning
<br />through implementation.
<br />Goldsboro New Infrastructure, Sanford, FL: Project Manager. Managed design
<br />and permitting services for new utility infrastructure improvements under the City’s
<br />General Engineering Contract. Responsibilities included survey coordination, utility
<br />investigations, utility coordination, civil engineering design, and development of a
<br />new looped water main system serving the Goldsboro community.
