<br />more than 27 years of experience, Kerry specializes in construction engineering and
<br />inspection, transportation infrastructure, bridge construction, roadway improvements,

<br />Administrator. Served as Project Administrator for a $20 million FDOT transportation
<br />improvement project involving roadway resurfacing, widening, turn lanes, drainage
<br />improvements, sidewalks, shared-use paths, bridge pedestrian improvements,
<br />signalization, signing and pavement marking, and utility coordination. Responsibilities
<br />included project administration, contract management, claims review, final estimates,

<br />Served as Project Administrator for a roadway and bridge construction project that

<br />enhancements. Responsibilities included project management, claims review, pile
<br />driving oversight, final estimates, and supervision of CEI personnel.

<br />FL: Project Administrator. Managed construction engineering and inspection services
<br />for deployment of fiber optic communications infrastructure, CCTV systems, ITS
<br />cabinets, network equipment, and associated intelligent transportation systems
<br />supporting FDOT operations. Responsibilities included utility coordination, project
<br />management, contract administration, claims review, and supervision of inspection
<br />staff.
<br />CR 83A Bear Creek Bridge Replacement, Walton County, FL: Project Administrator.
<br />Served as Project Administrator for a bridge replacement project involving
<br />construction of a new vehicular bridge, demolition of an existing culvert structure,
<br />roadway reconstruction, earthwork, drainage improvements, and utility coordination.
<br />Responsibilities included project management, pile-driving oversight, claims review,
<br />final estimates, and supervision of inspection personnel.

<br />QA/QC Specialist. Performed technical quality assessments and compliance reviews
<br />for FDOT roadway, bridge, ITS, and SunRail construction projects. Responsibilities
