<br />Steve High will serve as Senior Inspector for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. With 54
<br />years of experience, Steve provides construction inspection, field coordination,
<br />quality assurance, contractor interface, and construction administration support
<br />for municipal infrastructure, utility, transportation, aviation, and land development
<br />projects. His experience includes roadway improvements, utility construction,
<br />drainage infrastructure, airport facilities, FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) projects,
<br />and public infrastructure implementation. Steve monitors daily construction activities,
<br />prepares inspection documentation, coordinates with contractors and public agencies,
<br />and helps ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications,

<br />Inspector. Supports owner’s representation and construction engineering inspection
<br />services for the Huizenga Park redevelopment project. Responsibilities include
<br />construction observation, project documentation review, contractor coordination,
<br />constructability review support, and field verification of park improvement activities.
<br />City of Deerfield Beach SR 810 (Hillsboro Boulevard) Intersection Improvements,
<br />Deerfield Beach, FL: Senior Inspector. Provided construction engineering inspection
<br />services for a FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) intersection improvement project
<br />that included traffic signal upgrades, pedestrian refuge islands, ADA improvements,
<br />drainage enhancements, landscaping, irrigation, and roadway improvements.
