<br />Landscape Architecture
<br />Kelli Schueler, PLA – Landscape Architecture Lead
<br />Kelli will oversee landscape architecture assignments involving parks, streetscapes, public spaces, urban
<br />design, and beautification improvements. She brings extensive experience delivering context-sensitive
<br />solutions that balance aesthetics, resiliency, functionality, and community objectives.
<br />Civil Engineering
<br />Jorge Valle-Pellot, PE – General Civil Engineering Lead
<br />Jorge will lead civil engineering assignments including roadway, utility, drainage, site development,
<br />and infrastructure improvement projects. He will oversee technical delivery, coordinate supporting
<br />disciplines, and ensure compliance with applicable City, County, and regulatory requirements.
<br />Survey & Mapping
<br />Bryan Merritt, PSM – Survey & Mapping Lead
<br />Bryan will direct surveying and mapping services including boundary surveys, topographic surveys,
<br />construction staking, utility investigations, right-of-way mapping, and geospatial data collection. He will
<br />ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables supporting planning, design, and construction activities.
<br />Transportation Engineering
<br />Lori Treviranus, PE – Transportation / Transit / Traffic Engineering Lead
<br />Lori will oversee transportation-related projects including roadway improvements, traffic operations,
<br />multimodal facilities, safety enhancements, and agency coordination efforts. She provides extensive
<br />experience working with municipal agencies and FDOT requirements.
<br />Construction Engineering & Inspection
<br />Jon Weymouth, PE – CEI Lead
<br />Jon will provide construction engineering and inspection leadership supporting project implementation,
<br />constructability reviews, quality assurance, field coordination, contract compliance, and construction
<br />administration services.
