City of Sunny Isles Beach | RFQ # 26-07-01
PROJECT EXECUTION & SCHEDULE CONTROL
Continuing services assignments frequently involve aggressive schedules, funding deadlines, operational constraints,
and evolving priorities. KEITH’s approach focuses on establishing realistic schedules, monitoring progress closely,
proactively identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Our project managers routinely coordinate with City staff, utility providers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and
stakeholders to prevent delays and maintain project momentum. Through proactive schedule management and
resource planning, KEITH has successfully delivered assignments ranging from small work orders to complex multi-
agency infrastructure projects. Early permitting coordination is incorporated into project schedules to identify review
requirements, reduce approval delays, and support efficient project delivery.
REPRESENTATIVE SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Town of Surfside – Abbott Avenue Drainage Improvements
Surfside, Florida
KEITH coordinated survey, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), civil
engineering, FDOT coordination, bidding assistance, and construction
program management services while maintaining communication among
stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
