37IWFLFTLD016838.2026 <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(CCNA) RFQ # 26-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE: <br />The Underline, Miami, FL <br />This 9.9-mile linear park runs underneath the County’s elevated Metrorail <br />system from the Miami River near Brickell to the Metrorail’s southern terminus <br />at Dadeland South. This project includes separate paved off-street bicycle <br />and pedestrian paths, landscaping, lighting, street furniture, amenity and <br />activity, wayfinding signage, traffic signals, and unique pavement markings. <br />Kimley-Horn has developed the Framework Plan, provided a traffic engineering <br />study that forecasted the potential usage, estimated the amount of motor <br />vehicle trip reduction on the adjacent US-1 corridor, provided site civil and <br />traffic engineering services for the development of construction documents, and <br />prepared the design-build criteria package for Phases II through IX.
