4IWFLFTLD016838.2026 ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) RFQ # 26-07-01 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL COORDINATED MULTIDISCIPLINARY EXPERTISE. As your Contract Manager and primary point of contact, I will provide the City with immediate access to experienced discipline leaders and Kimley-Horn’s broad in-house staff pool. Under my direction, the team will operate through a consistent quality management process and a coordinated task-order approach. This structure will support informed decisions, efficient issue resolution, and reliable deliverables from study and design through bidding, construction, and closeout. My approach to managing this contract prioritizes clear communication, accountability, schedule and cost control, and early coordination with City staff and reviewing agencies. I will pair local leadership and Florida-based professionals with Kimley-Horn’s national technical resources so each task order can be scaled to its needs without sacrificing responsiveness or continuity.
