Hugo Bermudez, PE, leads <br />our coastal engineering team with more than 30 years of experience in coastal, <br />navigation, and civil engineering. His portfolio includes offshore breakwaters, <br />revetments, bulkheads, beach nourishment, living shorelines, and other coastal <br />protection and resiliency projects. Hugo’s experience with regulatory permitting, <br />coastal modeling, and multi-agency coordination directly supports the comprehensive <br />coastal engineering services anticipated by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />PROFESSIONAL GRANT WRITING. At Kimley-Horn, we recognize that grant <br />funding can be critical to advancing the City’s capital improvement program. Diana <br />Bello brings 18 years of grants management experience, including 10 years as a <br />capital projects manager and internal programmatic auditor for publicly funded <br />infrastructure projects. She develops funding strategies, manages compliance <br />with federal and state requirements, and supports municipalities in securing and <br />administering grants for capital improvements, resiliency, and infrastructure projects. <br />SURVEYORS AND MAPPING.
