43IWFLFTLD016838.2026 <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(CCNA) RFQ # 26-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />Lighthouse Point Bridge Repairs, <br />Lighthouse Point, FL <br />As part of a Continuing Services contract, Kimley-Horn was retained to <br />conduct field reviews and develop bridge repair plans to facilitate the <br />rehabilitation of eight City-owned vehicular bridges and two pedestrian <br />bridges. The repair plans were developed to address the deficiencies <br />observed on the field visit and the FDOT Bridge Inspection Reports. <br />There are no as-built plans available for any of the seven <br />1950s-constructed bridges. In addition to developing repair plans, <br />Kimley-Horn performed a load rating analysis on the existing bridge <br />utilizing field measurements, results of rebar scanning, and measured <br />reinforcement sizes.
