The plan <br />identified appropriate transportation technologies, infrastructure, and amenities <br />to support use of the bus rapid transit (BRT) station and improve multimodal <br />connections within the study area. Services included evaluating land use and <br />mobility options, developing site-specific recommendations, and preparing an <br />implementation plan with conceptual designs, cost estimates, and potential <br />funding sources. <br />CITY OF HOMESTEAD TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN, HOMESTEAD, <br />FL — Project Manager. Managed the development of a 20-year Transportation <br />Master Plan focused on enhancing multimodal connectivity and mobility <br />throughout the City. Responsibilities included public outreach, stakeholder <br />coordination, existing conditions assessments, bicycle and pedestrian network <br />evaluations, roadway analysis, project prioritization, and implementation <br />planning. Deliverables included GIS data, inventory datasets, and a final master <br />plan report. <br /> <br />CITY OF HOMESTEAD TROLLEY EFFICIENCY STUDY, HOMESTEAD, FL <br />Project Manager. Led a systemwide evaluation of the City’s three-route trolley <br />network to identify operational improvements and future service strategies. <br />Conducted performance assessments and developed route- and system- <br />level recommendations to improve efficiency, connectivity, and transit <br />service effectiveness. <br />TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MIAMI-DADE TRANSIT, MIAMI, FL <br />Project Manager.
