<br />capacity, queuing, site access, turn-lane, and multimodal analyses to support
<br />development approvals.
<br />LEADING PEDESTRIAN INTERVAL FEASIBILITY STUDIES, FDOT
<br />DISTRICT SIX — Project Engineer. Performed Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI)
<br />assessments including crash data analysis, pedestrian and turning movement
<br />evaluations, Synchro operational analysis, and coordination with local signal
<br />operations agencies. Developed recommendations to improve pedestrian safety
<br />and intersection operations in urban environments.
<br />PINE TREE DRIVE AND 46TH STREET ROUNDABOUT STUDY, MIAMI
<br />BEACH, FL — Project Engineer. Conducted traffic operational analyses and
<br />conceptual design efforts for a proposed roundabout intended to improve safety
<br />and traffic calming conditions. Responsibilities included traffic data collection,
<br />operational modeling, conceptual plan development, cost estimation, public
<br />involvement, and funding support.

<br />SIX — Project Engineer. Conducted operational analyses for proposed
<br />geometric and signal modifications intended to improve safety and mobility.
