Evaluated project impacts through traffic operations, <br />capacity, queuing, site access, turn-lane, and multimodal analyses to support <br />development approvals. <br />LEADING PEDESTRIAN INTERVAL FEASIBILITY STUDIES, FDOT <br />DISTRICT SIX — Project Engineer. Performed Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI) <br />assessments including crash data analysis, pedestrian and turning movement <br />evaluations, Synchro operational analysis, and coordination with local signal <br />operations agencies. Developed recommendations to improve pedestrian safety <br />and intersection operations in urban environments. <br />PINE TREE DRIVE AND 46TH STREET ROUNDABOUT STUDY, MIAMI <br />BEACH, FL — Project Engineer. Conducted traffic operational analyses and <br />conceptual design efforts for a proposed roundabout intended to improve safety <br />and traffic calming conditions. Supported the <br />implementation of a Smart Cities initiative integrating intelligent transportation <br />systems and smart parking technologies.
