PETERSBURG, <br />FL — Grant Administrator, Environmental Review Coordinator, and Compliance <br />Program Manager. This project has received funding from various sources. <br />The total value of the project is estimated to be over $70M. Diana and her <br />team are assisting Pinellas County with project management, development of <br />internal controls, compliance program management, Davis-Bacon tracking, <br />revising county policies related to Fair Housing, Anti-Fraud, Waste and Abuse, <br />Amendments, QC/QA, and financial controls. Additionally, Diana’s team is <br />supporting the environmental review process. <br />CHARLOTTE COUNTY BURNT STORE AREA DRAINAGE STUDY, PUNTA <br />GORDA, FL — Grant Specialist. Kimley-Horn conducted a drainage study <br />to improve flood protection and address critical stormwater challenges in the <br />Burnt Store Drainage area. The study evaluated flood extents during a 100- <br />year, 24-hour design storm event. Key tasks included hydrologic and hydraulic <br />data collection, development of a conditions-based stormwater model, and <br />assessment of conceptual improvements to the existing system. Findings will <br />inform future infrastructure planning and flood mitigation efforts. <br />EAST WINTER HAVEN ONE WATER MASTER PLAN, WINTER HAVEN, <br />FL — Funding Compliance Manager. Kimley-Horn is working with the City of <br />Winter Haven on this CDBG-MIT grant-funded project to further evaluate and <br />conceptualize future development in the project area. Goals of this project include <br />resolving regional flooding concerns, water quantity and quality degradation, and <br />habitat losses.
