Although our primary production office is <br />located outside the City, our team is structured to provide responsive service through a combination of local leadership, <br />coordinated production resources, and on-site support when needed. We have successfully used this delivery model on <br />similar municipal and on-call contracts throughout Florida. <br />Our ability to meet demanding schedules is supported by disciplined project management, experienced Discipline <br />Leaders, and proactive resource planning. Cesar and each TWO Project Manager will monitor upcoming milestones, <br />staffing needs, budget status, and potential schedule risks throughout the life of each assignment. This allows us to <br />identify constraints early, adjust resources when necessary, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent TWOs. <br />Kimley-Horn’s depth of resources also gives us the flexibility to supplement individual project teams when schedules <br />accelerate or additional technical expertise is required.
