Sunny Isles Water Main Improvements, City of Sunny Isles, FL
Longitude Surveyors performed a topographic survey, right-of-way analysis, and
graphical depiction of lot lines and a project baseline. We collected all above-
ground features, obtained elevation data equivalent to a 25-foot grid, established
two Temporary Benchmarks (TBMs) through a closed level loop, documented
existing drainage and sanitary infrastructure, and completed utility locating using
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and electromagnetic locating. We also provided
Quality Level “A” (QLA) Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services at eighteen
(18) locations, documenting the horizontal position, elevation, size, material, and
direction of the utilities encountered.
Government Center Pedestrian Bridge, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
Longitude Surveyors determined and established the rights-of-way and lot lines
within the project limits. We collected all relevant aboveground improvements,
including manholes, inlets, valve boxes, walls, pavement, catch basins, signs,
poles, overhead utility lines, and other visible features. Elevation data was
collected at an equivalent 10-foot grid, and existing drainage infrastructure
information, including rim elevations, pipe sizes, materials, directions, and invert
elevations, was documented. We also established project control points and
temporary benchmarks to support the survey.
Belle Isle Venetian Causeway Water and Sewer Main Upgrades - Phase 1 and 2,
City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach, FL
