His <br />strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and comprehensive understanding <br />of surveying principles support the delivery of accurate, reliable, and client- <br />focused surveying solutions. <br />South Dade Transit Operating Center, Miami-Dade Department of <br />Transportation and Public Works Miami, FL <br />Carlos Cuneo served as the Survey Data Analyst for this project, processing <br />and managing survey data to support CEI construction surveying services, <br />including the establishment of horizontal and vertical control, boundary analysis, <br />construction stakeout, and as-built surveys. He prepared and verified survey <br />calculations for building corners, test pile locations, temporary fencing, and <br />Building 4 grid lines, while performing quality control on field data and survey <br />deliverables. Carlos worked closely with the field crews to ensure accurate survey <br />information throughout construction, supporting ongoing layout verification, as- <br />built documentation, and other construction surveying activities. <br />Dadeland South Metrorail Station, Miami-Dade Department of Transportation <br />and Public Works Miami, FL <br />Carlos Cuneo served as the Survey Data Analyst for this project, processing <br />and analyzing survey data to support the Boundary and Topographic Survey, <br />3D Laser Scanning, As-Built Survey, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) <br />services. He managed the processing of topographic data referenced to NAVD88, <br />including elevation collection, roadway features, drainage and sanitary inverts, <br />and prepared conversions to NGVD29 as required. Carlos also processed and <br />registered 3D laser scan data of the Metrorail Terminal Station, ensuring accurate <br />representation of interior features, ceiling heights, wall facades, and finished <br />floor elevations. In support of the SUE and as-built survey efforts, he analyzed <br />field data from six (6) test holes, verified utility locations and clearances, <br />identified potential foundation and utility conflicts, and performed quality control <br />on all survey deliverables to provide accurate information for the design of the <br />proposed water line. <br />MDTA Northeast Bus Maintenance Facility, South Florida Regional Transit <br />Authority (SFRTA), Miami, FL <br />Carlos Cuneo served as the Survey Data Analyst for this project, processing <br />and managing survey data associated with the surveying and Subsurface Utility <br />Engineering (SUE) designation services performed at the Miami-Dade NE Bus <br />Maintenance Facility.
