in accordance with the City’s requirements.
Overall Project Execution
Our approach is built around three core principles the
City emphasizes:
clear scope definition, structured coordination, and
rigorous schedule and cost control.

1. Defining Project Scope and Work Order Planning
Each assignment begins with a structured planning
process to ensure complete understanding of the
City’s objectives, project requirements, schedule, and
deliverables.

• Meet with the City’s Project Manager
to review the task authorization, project
scope, available survey information,
project limits, access requirements,
and anticipated deliverables.
• Prepare a project-specific schedule and
budget aligned with the City’s project
requirements, operational priorities,
and requested completion timeframe.
• Conduct pre-survey planning, including review
of existing records, coordination with City
personnel and utility stakeholders, verification
of project limits, access planning, and
confirmation of project requirements prior to
field mobilization.
This proactive planning process establishes clear
expectations, promotes efficient project execution,
and ensures that all assignments are completed
safely, accurately, and in accordance with the City’s
operational and project requirements, regardless of
project size or complexity.
