Our crews coordinate closely <br /> with the City’s Project Manager and other <br /> designated City personnel to ensure <br /> safe site access, minimize disruptions <br /> to the public, and comply with <br /> all applicable safety requirements, <br /> traffic control procedures, and project- <br /> specific protocols. <br /> <br />Our proactive safety culture ensures that every <br />project is completed efficiently while maintaining <br />the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and <br />operational awareness. <br />Communication and Responsiveness <br />Longitude believes that effective communication <br />is the foundation of every successful project. Greg <br />Bouie, PSM, will serve as the City’s Project Manager <br />and primary point of contact, providing overall <br />coordination, maintaining regular communication <br />with the City’s Project Manager, and ensuring each <br />assignment is completed efficiently, on schedule, <br />and in accordance with the City’s requirements. His <br />responsibilities include: <br /> • Provide regular project status updates. <br /> • Respond promptly to City requests and <br /> inquiries. <br /> • Coordinate scheduling of field activities with <br /> City staff. <br /> • Maintain open communication throughout the <br /> duration of every assignment. <br /> <br />This collaborative approach allows issues to be <br />identified early and resolved quickly. <br />Complaint Resolution <br />Longitude Surveyors is committed to providing <br />responsive client service, open communication, <br />and the timely resolution of any concerns. Should <br />a concern or complaint arise, we will follow a <br />structured resolution process to ensure the issue is <br />addressed promptly and to the City’s satisfaction. <br /> <br /> • The Project Manager will immediately <br /> acknowledge, document, and evaluate <br /> the concern. <br /> • The issue will be communicated to the City’s <br /> Project Manager, and our management team <br /> will investigate the matter and develop an <br /> appropriate corrective action plan. <br /> • Corrective measures will be implemented <br /> promptly, and the City will be kept informed <br /> throughout the resolution process until the <br /> issue has been fully resolved. <br /> • Upon resolution, we will review the outcome <br /> with the City’s Project Manager to confirm <br /> satisfaction and incorporate any lessons <br /> learned into our QA/QC procedures to support <br /> continuous improvement. <br />This proactive approach enables Longitude Surveyors <br />to resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining <br />transparency, accountability, and a high level of client <br />service throughout the duration of the contract.
