Our portfolio includes municipal facilities, hospitality developments, <br />commercial projects, educational facilities, mixed-use developments, and community- <br />oriented public spaces requiring comprehensive architectural and engineering <br />coordination. <br />While our project portfolio does not currently include assignments located within Miami- <br />Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach Counties, our team has extensive experience delivering <br />government-funded and publicly procured projects throughout the State of Florida. Our <br />professionals possess a thorough understanding of Florida's regulatory environment, <br />including the Florida Building Code, Florida Fire Prevention Code, Florida Accessibility <br />Code, state procurement requirements, and the permitting and review processes common <br />to municipal and county agencies. We routinely coordinate with state, county, and local <br />jurisdictions, utility providers, and regulatory authorities to successfully navigate <br />permitting, plan review, and construction administration.
