Working as the City's architectural <br />consultant, Miles serves as a single point of contact responsible for coordinating <br />architectural consulting services on an as-needed basis through individually authorized <br />task orders assigned to Ingenuity Engineers under this contract. <br />Project Approach: <br />The continuing services contract encompasses a broad range of municipal facility <br />planning, design, renovation, infrastructure improvements, and construction <br />administration assignments for City-owned buildings and public facilities. Each <br />assignment is initiated through a task authorization requiring the team to quickly evaluate <br />project needs, establish scope, schedule and budget, and deliver professional services <br />within the City's operational and funding constraints.
