The design also included relocating the main <br />campus Data Center to the facility and providing building and area “hardening” to comply <br />with EOC type facility per the Rick Category 4 requirements for emergency response. <br />Key Technical Focus Areas: <br />• Mechanical: Confirm HVAC system zoning, air distribution, and controls remain <br />optimized for occupant comfort and energy eBiciency. Evaluate opportunities for <br />improved system performance and alignment with current energy standards. <br />• Electrical: Verify service capacity, distribution, and lighting systems to ensure <br />reliable operation and code compliance.
