Beach, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP BD+C <br />President | Principal-in-Charge | Architect of Record <br />Miles Beach will serve as Principal-in-Charge and Architect of Record. <br />With over 32 years of architectural experience, Miles provides executive <br />leadership and oversight throughout all phases of the project. <br />He establishes the overall design direction, ensures alignment with the <br />City’s goals, and maintains quality control at key milestones. His experience in mixed-use, <br />hospitality, and multifamily projects allows him to balance aesthetics, constructability, <br />regulatory compliance, and budget discipline. Miles remains actively involved through <br />permitting and construction administration to safeguard design integrity and ensure <br />seamless coordination with engineering systems. <br /> <br />Matt T. Dadisman, CGC <br />Executive Oversight <br />Matt Dadisman will serve as Project Manager and the City’s primary <br />point of contact. With over 27 years of experience in commercial and <br />mixed-use design and construction, Matt oversees day-to-day <br />management of the project. <br />He is responsible for schedule control, consultant coordination, milestone tracking, and <br />overall team communication. His background in construction management provides <br />practical insight into sequencing, cost eBiciency, and field execution. Matt facilitates <br />regular coordination meetings and ensures responsiveness during permitting and <br />construction, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and progress oversight. <br />Robert P. White III, AIA, NCARB <br />Project Management | City’s Primary Point of Contact <br />Robert White serves as Senior Project Architect and Technical Lead. <br />With over 23 years of professional experience, Robert oversees <br />document production and interdisciplinary coordination. <br />He ensures the drawings are comprehensive, code-compliant, and fully <br />integrated with structural and MEP systems. His attention to detail reduces conflicts, <br />supports eBicient permitting, and protects the project timeline. During construction, <br />Robert provides document clarification and field coordination to maintain design <br />consistency.
