We assemble the <br />appropriate professionals for each task order, establish clear lines of communication from <br />project initiation through closeout, and maintain disciplined project controls that ensure <br />schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations remain aligned. <br />Working together with Ingenuity Engineers, our integrated architectural and engineering <br />team provides the City with a single, coordinated source for architectural design, <br />mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering, construction administration, <br />and specialty consulting services. This collaborative delivery model minimizes <br />coordination issues, accelerates decision-making, and produces well-integrated <br />construction documents that reduce change orders during construction. <br />Suitability of Our Methodology <br />Every task order begins with understanding the City's objectives before design work begins. <br />Our methodology emphasizes collaboration, early coordination, and disciplined project <br />management to ensure each assignment is appropriately scoped, staBed, and scheduled. <br />For every assignment we will: <br />• Review the City's task authorization and establish project objectives <br />• Conduct a kickoB meeting with City stakeholders <br />• Confirm scope, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements <br />• Assemble the appropriate architectural and engineering disciplines <br />• Establish communication protocols and milestone review dates <br />• Develop a project-specific execution schedule <br />• Maintain continuous interdisciplinary coordination throughout the project <br />This structured process allows our team to eBiciently manage projects ranging from facility <br />assessments and renovations to new construction, parks, municipal buildings, and <br />infrastructure improvements. <br />Overall Organization <br />Our organizational structure is intentionally streamlined to provide clear accountability <br />while allowing rapid mobilization. <br />Miles Beach, AIA, President, serves as Principal-in-Charge and provides executive <br />oversight, quality assurance, and client support throughout the duration of the contract. <br />With more than 40 years of architectural experience leading commercial, municipal,
