25
2600 Maitland Center Pkwy #295,
Maitland, FL 32751
407-428-1024
RFQ # 26-07-01
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES

institutional, hospitality, and mixed-use projects throughout Florida and the United States,
he provides executive leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and strategic direction for
every assignment.
Daily project management responsibilities are delegated to Rob White, who serves as the
City's primary point of contact. Rob coordinates all architectural and engineering
disciplines, manages project schedules, facilitates communication with City staB, and
ensures each task progresses eBiciently from authorization through construction.
Supporting Rob are:
• Judith Trejo — Senior Project Architect
• Tom Ray, AIA — Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager
• Brian Hessinger, P.E. — Principal Mechanical Engineer overseeing HVAC, Plumbing,
and Fire Protection engineering with extensive municipal project experience.
• Joe Harrill, P.E. — Executive Principal and Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for
electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and municipal
facility coordination.
This leadership structure allows decisions to be made quickly while maintaining executive
involvement throughout every assignment.
Meeting Project Schedules
Continuing service contracts frequently require rapid response and simultaneous
management of multiple assignments. Our team has developed internal procedures that
allow us to quickly mobilize resources while maintaining consistent quality.
Upon receipt of a task authorization we will:
• Assign the appropriate project manager and technical staB immediately
• Confirm project priorities with City staB
• Develop a detailed milestone schedule
• Coordinate consultant activities simultaneously rather than sequentially
• Conduct scheduled progress meetings
• Monitor deliverables using internal milestone tracking
• Identify potential schedule risks early and implement corrective actions before
delays occur
Because architecture, MEP engineering, and specialty consultants work as one integrated
team, many design activities occur concurrently, reducing overall project duration while
improving coordination.
