Our team <br />establishes communication protocols, assigns project responsibilities, and <br />develops a detailed project execution plan to ensure a coordinated start and a clear <br />path forward. <br />Phase 2 — Existing Conditions & Programming <br />We gather and verify all available information, including existing documentation, <br />site conditions, utility infrastructure, and regulatory requirements. Meetings with <br />City staB and stakeholders allow us to fully understand operational needs, identify <br />project constraints, and establish the functional requirements that will guide the <br />design process. <br />Phase 3 — Concept Development <br />Our design team develops practical, creative solutions that balance functionality, <br />aesthetics, sustainability, constructability, and long-term value.
