Regular interdisciplinary reviews ensure compliance with <br />applicable codes, budget objectives, operational needs, and City expectations <br />before construction documents are prepared. <br />Phase 5 — Construction Documents <br />We prepare complete, coordinated construction drawings and technical <br />specifications suitable for permitting, bidding, and construction. Every document <br />undergoes rigorous internal Quality Assurance/Quality Control reviews to minimize <br />conflicts, improve constructability, and reduce the potential for change orders <br />during construction. <br />Phase 6 — Permitting & Procurement Support <br />Our team works closely with permitting agencies and City staB to obtain timely <br />regulatory approvals while responding promptly to review comments. We also <br />provide procurement support by preparing bid documents, responding to contractor <br />questions, issuing addenda when necessary, and assisting the City throughout the <br />solicitation process. <br />Phase 7 — Construction Administration <br />Throughout construction, we remain actively engaged to protect the City’s interests <br />and ensure the project is built in accordance with the contract documents. Services <br />include shop drawing reviews, responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), site <br />observations, pay application reviews, coordination with the contractor, and final <br />project closeout <br />Continuous Throughout All Phases <br />• Client Collaboration <br />Open and consistent communication with City staB is maintained throughout every <br />phase of the project. Regular meetings, progress updates, and timely decision- <br />making ensure the City remains fully informed and engaged. <br />• Interdisciplinary Coordination <br />Architecture, structural, MEP, fire protection, and specialty consultants collaborate <br />continuously to produce fully coordinated design solutions. This integrated <br />approach improves eBiciency, reduces conflicts, and enhances overall project <br />quality. <br />• Schedule Management <br />Project schedules are actively monitored through milestone tracking and regular
