RFQ #26-07-01 Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services | 26MLA00190 | Page 28 QualificationsSection 2 <br /> <br /> <br />City of Miami Fairlawn Community Park <br />Miami, Florida <br /> <br />Under our continuing services contract <br />with the City of Miami, Miller Legg was <br />awarded the development of <br />programming, pre-design/concept, design, <br />construction document preparation and <br />construction phase services for a new <br />Community Park on SW 63rd Avenue. The <br />scope included planning, civil engineering, <br />landscape architecture, certified arborist, <br />surveying and SUE, structural, electrical <br />and geotechnical engineering as well as <br />permitting, opinion of probable cost and <br />limited construction administration. The <br />passive Park contains a shaded/fenced <br />children's playground, dog run, shared <br />pedestrian / bicyclist perimeter path, light <br />bollards, benches, pedestrian pole <br />lighting, irrigation, water fountain, bike <br />racks, receptacles, hardscape furniture, <br />access driveway and perimeter privacy <br />walls. Permitting was coordinated with <br />the City of Miami, Miami-Dade County <br />DERM, WASD and SFWMD. Survey <br />services included boundary and <br />topographic and tree inventory.
