The project included site
analysis, stakeholder engagement, and
facilitation of a design charette with City
staff representing multiple departments.
The resulting master plan identified
potential art locations, developed a
conceptual Memorial Art Garden, and
established design and siting criteria for
future installations that reflect the City’s
Vision 2030 core values. The plan's first
implementation milestone was realized
with the January 2026 unveiling of
Generations, the City’s first Holocaust
memorial. This work was completed under
our Continuing Services Contract with the
City.

Client Reference:
Ms. Linda Whitman, RLA
Sustainability Manager
Department of Sustainable Development
City of Coconut Creek
4800 West Copans Road
Coconut Creek, FL 33063
(954) 973-6756
lwhitman@coconutcreek.net

Total Cost/ML Fees: $10,000
Owner: City of Coconut Creek
Completion Date: January 28, 2025
