In the past 5 years alone, we have performed Landscape Architecture and Surveying/Mapping services under dozens of Continuing Services Contracts for municipalities and government entities in South Florida. Many of these contracts have covered the exact types of projects and professional disciplines anticipated in this RFQ, allowing us years of extensive first-hand experience of representative projects, along with ancillary and complementary services. Specifically under the firm’s current City of Sunny Isles Beach Continuing Services Contract for Landscape Architecture services, our Miller Legg Team has provided a variety of tasks including DRC Assignments, Plans Review, Permit Reviews, Inspections for Final Closeouts, Arborist and Tree Inspections, Code Compliance for Tree Dispositions, Rose Garden Design for Meditation Garden at Town Center Park, Revised Technical Specifications for Environmental and Landscape Architecture, Review and Renew entire Landscape Architecture Code – existing and future, and Review and Update contract for Landscape Maintenance. Miller Legg anticipates performing the work entailed in the Landscape Architecture and Surveying/Mapping scope in-house, as we have the expertise, experience depth and background to handle the workload ourselves, streamlining internal coordination and collaboration with the City. Michael Bradley, RLA, your Landscape Project Manager, and Sanrdo Elvir, CST, your Surveying/Mapping Project Manager, have established efficient and effective working relationships with our clients and we hold all our Team members accountable for successful execution of their respective services. 85% of our client base is repeat clients and this retention rate is evidence of the trust placed in us to work smart and to plan in order to successfully manage each project.
