As such, <br />we have assembled a talented <br />in-house Team of professionals <br />with specific experience in <br />municipal clients and projects <br />in order to provide the best available service to the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />In the past 5 years alone, we have performed Landscape <br />Architecture and Surveying/Mapping services <br />under dozens of Continuing Services Contracts for <br />municipalities and government entities in South Florida. <br />Many of these contracts have covered the exact types <br />of projects and professional disciplines anticipated in this <br />RFQ, allowing us years of extensive first-hand experience <br />of representative projects, along with ancillary and <br />complementary services. <br />Specifically under the firm’s current City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach Continuing Services Contract for Landscape <br />Architecture services, our Miller Legg Team has provided <br />a variety of tasks including DRC Assignments, Plans <br />Review, Permit Reviews, Inspections for Final Closeouts, <br />Arborist and Tree Inspections, Code Compliance for Tree <br />Dispositions, Rose Garden Design for Meditation Garden <br />at Town Center Park, Revised Technical Specifications for <br />Environmental and Landscape Architecture, Review and <br />Renew entire Landscape Architecture Code – existing and <br />future, and Review and Update contract for Landscape <br />Maintenance. <br />Miller Legg anticipates performing the work entailed <br />in the Landscape Architecture and Surveying/Mapping <br />scope in-house, as we have the expertise, experience <br />depth and background to handle the workload ourselves, <br />streamlining internal coordination and collaboration <br />with the City. <br />Michael Bradley, RLA, your Landscape Project Manager, <br />and Sanrdo Elvir, CST, your Surveying/Mapping Project <br />Manager, have established efficient and effective <br />working relationships with our clients and we hold all our <br />Team members accountable for successful execution of <br />their respective services. <br />85% of our client base is repeat clients and this retention <br />rate is evidence of the trust placed in us to work smart <br />and to plan in order to successfully manage each project. <br />The client references in this submittal bear out this level <br />of commitment. <br />Miller Legg commits to continuous availability of <br />resources required to promptly respond to the City’s need <br />as required for the successful completion of Landscape <br />Architecture and Surveying/Mapping projects that will <br />be issued under this Consulting Services Contract. As <br />you will see in our Organization Chart, we have multiple, <br />qualified professional staff of each service/discipline <br />category in order to promptly respond to your needs.
