Our clients depend on our willingness, flexibility and <br />capability to assist them with their project goals, be they small or large. When our firm is selected for a <br />Continuing Services Contract, such as the City of Sunny Isles Beach for the Categories of Landscape Architecture <br />and Surveying and Mapping, it is both our responsibility and commitment to successfully perform project <br />requirements while successfully maintaining each projects’ schedule and budget. <br /> <br />Miller Legg has 50 employees, including the commitment of significant depth of resources from our Landscape <br />Architecture and Surveying and Mapping staff at all levels, from Principal to Technician, to support the <br />Continuing Services Contract for these Categories. Our Principal-in-Charge, Michael Kroll, RLA, FASLA, in <br />collaboration with Michael Bradley, RLA, as Project Manager, will ensure that the staff resources are devoted <br />to ensure the project / task workload is completed on time and within budget. <br /> <br />Currently, Miller Legg’s staff utilization rate is 65%, which is below our targeted utilization of 70%. The Miller Legg <br />Team is committed to having 100% available staff for each assignment.
