They will share the City’s comments with the project Team. Sandro or Arnold will seek to obtain final assessment in writing, as this may be useful in future projects as well as evaluating the project performance and the project Team. This session closes out the project. COMMUNICATION & REPORTING Communication and the ability to establish efficient coordination between our Surveying and Mapping Team and the City of Sunny Isles Beach will remain key to successful execution of tasks anticipated for this Contract. Sandro will utilize formal submittals of documents, face-to-face, telephone and email communication as appropriate for the type of issue to be communicated during the span of the project. Because the complexity and duration of survey task assignments often dictate the level of communication warranted, we will work with the City’s Project Manager(s) and staff to tailor our reporting structure for each task order to meet your expectations. Miller Legg has a great deal of experience in organizing projects and coordinating them throughout their duration. We have found, through experience, that the success of a project is often dependent upon making accurate information available to all parties from the beginning to the end. This administrative acumen is as important to a successful project as the technical surveying itself. The members of our Surveying and Mapping Services Team will be made available, at all times, to contribute to the required tasks and will devote the necessary time needed to complete the City’s tasks on time and within budget. Our staff will work extended hours as necessary to expedite emergency work assignments and keep tasks on schedule.
