Qualifications <br />Schedule of Proposed Services <br />Project List <br />PDS understands that the City is seeking qualified consultant firms to support its Capital Improvement <br />Program and municipal infrastructure initiatives through continuing professional services across <br />multiple disciplines. Under the Surveyors and Mapping category, our team is prepared to provide <br />the full range of services requested under this RFQ, including design surveys, metes and bounds <br />descriptions, topographic surveys, elevation certificates, GPS data collection, and related surveying <br />services, as well as miscellaneous assignments requested by the City Manager. <br />We recognize that accurate base mapping is the foundation of every successful municipal project, <br />providing the reliable information required for planning, design, permitting, and construction. <br />Services will be delivered through a responsive task order approach, including project coordination, <br />field data collection, office processing, comprehensive QA/QC, and timely delivery of accurate <br />survey documents. The scope includes <br />ALTA surveys, boundary and utility verification, <br />ROW-to-ROW surveys, and data collection <br />on pavement markings, signage, and striping. <br />Additionally, PDS conducts sanitary sewer and <br />stormwater manhole surveys, tree surveys, and <br />topographic elevation mapping using the NGVD <br />29 vertical datum.
