Staffing <br />Staffing <br />PDS maintains a staff of 36 full-time professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience <br />delivering surveying and engineering services for municipal and public agency projects. The firm’s <br />staff pool includes Florida-licensed Professional Engineers (PE), a Certified Professional Surveyor <br />and Mapper (PSM), five survey technicians, four CAD technicians, and a GIS/Aerial Photogrammetry <br />Specialist. PDS brings a highly qualified team of professionals to support this contract, led by Mr. <br />Gustavo Eckardt, P.E., who will serve as the Project Manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC). <br />Key Personnel <br />Gustavo Eckardt P.E. <br />Project Manager and Single <br />Point of Contact <br />Mr. Gustavo Eckardt, P.E., is a Florida-registered <br />professional engineer with 24 years of <br />experience in civil engineering, underground <br />utility, and roadway design. He has designed <br />infrastructure utilities for municipalities and <br />agencies across Southeast Florida, including <br />BCT, BCWWS, BCAD, MD-WASD, MDAD and <br />MDTPW. Mr. Eckardt brings extensive experience <br />in utility coordination, land development, <br />and managing staff and subconsultants on <br />small to large infrastructure projects, including <br />numerous projects funded by County and <br />Federal sources. <br />Key experience <br />• E15-WASD-03A Small Diameter Water & <br />Wastewater Pipelines. Project Manager <br />for the engineering design, surveying, and <br />permitting of over 75,000 linear feet of 8”– <br />10” watermains and force mains, and 30,000 <br />linear feet of 8” gravity sewer. <br />• E15-WASD-02 Local Wastewater Pump <br />Station. Project Manager for the engineering <br />design, permitting, and construction support <br />of 17 pump stations with a combined flow <br />capacity exceeding 6,000 GPM. <br />• 12038-296 Parks Bond and Parks Master <br />Plan. Project Manager for surveying services <br />of over 250 acres across 25 locations <br />throughout the City of Fort Lauderdale. <br />Mr. Jurado is a Florida-registered professional <br />engineer with over 23 years of experience in civil, <br />utilities, transportation, and engineering design. <br />He has successfully managed and coordinated <br />infrastructure projects for municipalities across <br />South Florida, including Miami-Dade and <br />Broward Counties. As the project principal <br />for PDS, Mr. Jurado has extensive experience <br />working with governmental agencies, ensuring <br />compliance with permitting requirements, <br />and overseeing quality assurance and control. <br />His deep understanding of local regulations, <br />permitting processes, and municipal <br />coordination makes him well-suited to support <br />continuing professional service needs. <br />Key experience <br />• PNC2119245P1 Transit Surveys, Infrastructure <br />and Shelter Designs.
