3. Staffing <br />Mr. Fernandez is a Florida-registered professional land surveyor with over 39 years of experience in <br />field data collection, verification, and surveying. He is proficient with a variety of data collectors, total <br />stations, and other surveying equipment, and has extensive experience developing topographic <br />surveys and as-built drawings, conducting roadway and utility surveys, construction stakeout, and <br />utility project as-builts. Mr. Fernandez personally oversees and participates in all field assignments, <br />bringing deep hands-on knowledge and expertise to every project. <br />Key experience <br />•E15-WASD-03A Small Diameter Water & Wastewater Pipelines.
