<br />Experience Summary <br />utility relocation coordination, stormwater management, and construction management, ensuring all <br />improvements met ADA compliance, operational requirements, and regulatory standards. <br /> <br />E15-WASD -02 Improvement, Upgrades and Expansion of Local Wastewater Pump Stations, WASD. <br />Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />This project includes complete design services including preliminary site investigation and inspection, <br />surveying, hydraulic analysis, coordination with other municipalities and the public, preparation of design <br />reports, preparation of drawings and contract specifications and preparation of design-build criteria <br />packages, assistance during the permitting and procurement phases, engineering support during <br />construction. <br />• Pump Station 0409 (315 gpm). Ms. Aguirre serves as Project Engineer, leading the development of <br />construction documents for the improvement and relocation of Pump Station 0409. Her <br />responsibilities include hydraulic design updates, site layout refinement, coordination with utility <br />agencies, and integration of operational and maintenance requirements into the final design <br />package. <br />• Pump Station 0407 (270 gpm). As Project Engineer, Ms. Aguirre supports engineering design and <br />limited bid and construction assistance for Pump Station 0407. Her role focuses on evaluating existing <br />conditions, performing pump station upgrade design, preparing technical specifications, and <br />assisting with design clarifications during bidding. <br />• Pump Station 0408 (250 gpm). Ms. Aguirre serves as Project Engineer for the design of <br />improvements and relocation of Pump Station 0408, where she contributes to system modeling, site <br />and civil layout, equipment selection, and development of permit-ready construction documents, <br />along with providing limited support through the bid process. <br /> <br />E15-WASD -03A-17PDSI002 Small Diameter Water & Wastewater Pipelines, Miami-Dade Water & Sewer <br />Department. Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />These projects include the design and implementation of water and sanitary sewer improvements to <br />replace undersized infrastructure. Work starts with the preliminary engineering and exploration phase, <br />which includes geotechnical investigations and topographic surveys in accordance with WASD <br />procedures for horizontal and vertical controls. Technical specifications, including scope of work, <br />sequence of construction, and instructions to bidders, are compiled for each project. <br />• Engineering Services for Small Diameter Water Main Replacement Program (SDWMRP) within Tile <br />- F13. Ms. Aguirre is the Project Engineer for this project, which consists of providing Engineering <br />Design, topographic survey coordination, permits, specifications and Limited Bid and Construction <br />Support services for the Design of a Small Diameter Water and Wastewater Pipelines. Ms. Aguirre is <br />responsible for project coordination, overseeing task distribution, and ensuring the successful <br />completion of all survey-related activities. Her role includes managing workflows, maintaining <br />project organization, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure timely and accurate <br />deliverables. <br /> <br />19-20-019 Citywide Program Management Support Services. City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />Ms. Aguirre served as Project Engineer for this assignment, supporting the delivery of Professional Land <br />Surveying Services for the City of Miami’s Citywide Program Management Support Services for <br />Stormwater Infrastructure. She assisted in coordinating survey activities along approximately 16,075 linear <br />feet of roadway, ensuring the completion of full Right-of-Way surveys that extend 25 feet into adjacent <br />private properties. Her responsibilities included reviewing field data, validating the documentation of <br />property lines, driveways, pavement conditions, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, walls, access gates, <br />markings, striping, and fences across ROW corridors ranging from 40 to 80 feet in width. Ms. Aguirre <br />ensured that all survey work met project requirements and supported the development of accurate <br />base maps for future stormwater design and infrastructure improvements. <br />41
