Ms. Salazar <br />currently serves as a Project Manager for PDS responsible for <br />overseeing the timely delivery of various civil infrastructure <br />projects for the firm. Ms. Salazar is proficient in engineering design <br />and drafting, responsible for generating plan production, <br />computer-generated profiles and 3D features, cost estimates, and <br />technical specifications for engineering design projects. She has <br />extensive experience preparing construction documents, <br />permitting packages, and cost evaluations for roadway, water and <br />sewer systems, airport, parks, and transit improvement projects in <br />Miami-Dade and Broward counties, as well as providing <br />construction-phase support, coordination with permitting <br />agencies, and inspection of stormwater and utility systems. Ms. <br />Salazar has excellent team working skills, and is always receptive <br />to new strategies, capable of implementing various design <br />approaches upon selection. Her excellent organizational skills and <br />capability of directing and interacting with other staff members <br />ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />E15-WASD -03A-17PDSI002 Small Diameter Water & Wastewater <br />Pipelines, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />Ms. Salazar serves as Project Engineer supporting multiple M- <br />DWASD work orders, preparing technical memorandums, design <br />drawings, cost estimates, schedules, and specifications, as well as <br />providing construction administration services. She designs water <br />and wastewater system improvements, coordinates geotechnical <br />data and surveying efforts, manages underground utility <br />investigations, and prepares AutoCAD drawings and technical <br />specifications in compliance with M-DWASD standards. She also <br />supports permitting activities to secure required agency <br />approvals. Under this contract, the team completes design and <br />surveying of over 75,000 linear feet of 8”–10” <br />watermain/forcemain and more than 30,000 linear feet of 8” <br />gravity sewer. <br /> <br />DB20-WASD -01 Design-Build Services for the Installation of A 54- <br />Inch Diameter Water Transmission Main, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />Ms. Salazar was the Project Engineer for this design-build project <br />involving the installation of a 54-inch diameter water transmission <br />main near Red Road, extending from the John E. Preston Water <br />Treatment Plant to West 53rd Street. The scope included the <br />design of over 3,000 linear feet of water main, along with <br />surveying, technical specifications, permitting, construction, <br />testing, and commissioning. Ms. Salazar provided engineering <br />support during design development and leads the preparation of <br />42
