<br />E15-WASD -02 Improvement, Upgrades and Expansion of Local Wastewater Pump Stations, WASD.

<br />This project includes complete design services including preliminary site investigation and inspection,
<br />surveying, hydraulic analysis, coordination with other municipalities and the public, preparation of design
<br />reports, preparation of drawings and contract specifications and preparation of design-build criteria
<br />packages, assistance during the permitting and procurement phases, engineering support during
<br />construction.
<br />• Pump Station 1085. Ms. Salazar serves as Project Engineer for this work order, leading the preparation
<br />of permit packages and coordinating all permitting efforts with Miami-Dade Regulatory and
<br />Economic Resources (RER). She oversees the design and documentation for Pump Station 1085
<br />upgrades at 14050 SW 256 Street in Miami, including replacement of existing pumps with higher-
<br />capacity units, installation of a new valve vault and control panel, and ensuring the station meets
<br />peak flow requirements of 875 GPM in compliance with USEPA Consent Decree standards.
<br />• Pump Station D2B1. Ms. Salazar serves as Project Engineer for this work order, leading the preparation
<br />of construction documents and providing engineering support for the installation of a new Pump
<br />Station D2-B1, located at the northeast corner of 1830 NW 79 Street in Unincorporated Miami-Dade
<br />County within a 55’x90’ easement owned by the Miami-Dade Department of Solid Waste
<br />Management. She is responsible for coordinating design efforts, ensuring all documents meet M-
<br />DWASD standards, and preparing detailed plans for a pump station with a pumping capacity of 478
<br />GPM.
<br />• Pump Station 0830. Ms. Salazar serves as Project Engineer for this work order, leading the
<br />engineering design and providing limited bid and construction support for improvements to Pump
<br />Station 0830. She is responsible for preparing detailed design documents, coordinating site and
<br />electrical upgrades, and ensuring all plans comply with M-DWASD standards for a new wastewater
<br />submersible pump station. The pump station is designed for a pumping capacity of 700 GPM and
<br />includes a new generator (without a generator building) and associated site improvements.

<br />V1018717R1 Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for the Transit Division, Broward County, FL.
<br />Ms. Salazar assisted in the A/E Services for the Transit Division contract, PDS provided comprehensive
<br />professional architectural and engineering services on a continuing term basis for the remodeling,
<br />renovation, and new construction of transit facilities. The scope included existing facility and site
<br />documentation, project budgeting and cost estimating, schedule development and analysis, facility
<br />programming, full A/E design of buildings and site improvements, contract and bidding document
<br />preparation, code analysis, permitting and procurement assistance, construction administration,
<br />inspections, surveying, CAD drawings, and general system support. Ms. Salazar’s design responsibilities
<br />encompassed new concrete sidewalks and pads, installation of sidewalk amenities, sight triangle layouts,
<br />traffic control plans, and cost estimates. Throughout this contract, the team successfully completed the
<br />planning, design, and construction services for over 845 bus stops across the County.

<br />18-19-008 Continuing A/E Services for Professional Fees $10K-$200K. City of Miami Gardens, Miami-
<br />Dade County, FL.
<br />This project's objective is to provide professional engineering and surveying services under a non-
<br />exclusive contract for the City of Miami Gardens.
<br />• Pickle Ball Courts. Ms. Salazar is a Project Engineer for this work order, which consists of providing
<br />engineering services to prepare a set of contract plans for the proposed pickleball court project.
<br />Her responsibilities include the design of demolition, site, grading, and irrigation plans for the project
<br />site. She coordinates permitting of the project, prepares a permit tracking matrix and attends
<br />meetings with permitting agencies to secure permits and approvals.
