Mr. Prada has experience in materials control from quarries <br />with CAD help, creating alignments and surfaces to compare and <br />analyze. Mr. Prada has performed land surveys, planimetry and <br />altimetry methods, stakeout, verticality, and settlement controls <br />with GNSS technology Photogrammetry with UAVs (unmanned <br />aircraft vehicles) to control stockpiles from excavations. Mr. Prada <br />has made photogrammetry with UAV to draw features of roads <br />and open fields and calculating areas and volumes has been <br />done with Metashape Professional, Pix4D Mapper, and Pix4D <br />Survey. He has been a teacher in Civil 3D and electronic devices <br />for land survey and GNNS in SENA. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />E20-WASD -01B General Land and Engineering Surveying and <br />Mapping Services, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />This project consists of providing land surveying and Subsurface <br />Utility Engineering (SUE) services for water and wastewater <br />projects identified in WASD's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />• Carol City Facility Survey. Mr. Prada serves as the GIS <br />Specialist for this project, supporting the 16-acre survey of the <br />WASD Carol City Facility by processing field data, mapping <br />approximately 3,500 LF of ROW-to-ROW roadway limits, and <br />integrating canal and pond features into the project’s GIS <br />database. He ensures accurate georeferencing, prepares GIS- <br />based exhibits, and performs quality checks and data <br />reconciliation for both Miami Gardens and Miami-Dade <br />County roadway segments. <br /> <br />E15-WASD -03A-17PDSI002 Small Diameter Water & Wastewater <br />Pipelines, Miami-Dade County, FL . <br />These projects include the design and implementation of water <br />and sanitary sewer improvements to replace undersized <br />infrastructure. Work starts with the preliminary engineering and <br />exploration phase, which includes geotechnical investigations <br />and topographic surveys in accordance with WASD procedures <br />for horizontal and vertical controls. Technical specifications, <br />including scope of work, sequence of construction, and <br />instructions to bidders, are compiled for each project. <br />• Engineering Services for Small Diameter Water Main <br />Replacement Program (SDWMRP) within Tile - F13. Mr. Prada <br />serves as the Drone Operator and CAD Technician for this <br />project, conducting drone flights, processing and <br />orthorectifying aerial imagery, and drafting the <br />corresponding CAD layers.
