<br />Experience Summary <br />and design documentation to support engineering, permitting, and construction activities for the <br />small-diameter water and wastewater pipeline improvements. <br /> <br />19-20-019 Citywide Program Management Support Services. Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />Mr. Prada served as the Survey Technician for this project, supporting the preparation of professional <br />land surveying deliverables for the East Flagami Stormwater Infrastructure Improvements. His <br />responsibilities included processing field data, drafting topographic and ROW survey files in AutoCAD, <br />and detailing property features within the 26,550 LF survey corridor. He documented ROW limits, <br />roadway and pavement conditions, driveways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, walls, fences, and other <br />above-ground elements, as well as the 0.3-acre parcel designated for the new pump station. His work <br />ensured accurate and complete survey drawings for design and permitting. <br /> <br />PNC2119245P1 Consultant Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure and Shelter Designs. Broward <br />County, FL. <br />Mr. Prada served as CAD Technician for this project, supporting Broward County Transit’s bus stop <br />improvement and installation programs. He was responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining <br />all topographic and engineering data in AutoCAD for more than 500 bus stop locations. His tasks <br />included developing detailed base files, incorporating survey and utility information, updating design <br />revisions, ensuring compliance with project standards. He produced coordinated CAD deliverables that <br />supported civil, structural, permitting, and construction activities throughout the project's duration. <br /> <br />TRN2120307P1 Broward County Transit Systemwide Study, Planning, And Preliminary Design, Broward <br />County, FL. <br />Mr. Prada was the GIS specialist for this project, that required the design team to complete an analysis <br />that identified suitable transit capital and operational investments on major corridors in Broward County <br />and provided recommendations for implementing corridor-based Bus Rapid Transit (“BRT”) or fixed <br />guideway BRT on corridors identified in the TSYS (now branded as PREMO). PDS provided services to <br />our client WSP USA Inc. in the Oakland Park Boulevard Corridor Development, including Field Review, <br />Aerial Photography Coordination, Surveying Utilities and Railroads, Roadway Analysis, and Alternatives <br />Concept Plans. Mr. Prada coordinated drone-based and conventional surveying methods with the crew, <br />establishing horizontal and vertical control points, ensuring accurate location of all above-ground <br />features and utilities with the survey team, and overseeing the collection of field data. Mr. Prada <br />executed the aerial survey covering the whole target area of 16 miles, sectioned in 2 miles per flight. <br /> <br />PNC2123898P1 Engineering Services for Water and Wastewater Projects - Category 1 - UAZ 225 and <br />226, Broward County, FL <br />Mr. Prada served as the CAD Technician for this water main improvement project in UAZ 225 and 226, <br />supporting surveying, engineering design, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) efforts along <br />approximately 26,147 linear feet of public roadways. He was responsible for developing and managing <br />AutoCAD Civil 3D base files, digitizing topographic survey data and utility information collected from field <br />investigations and as-builts, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. Mr. Prada <br />prepared both digital and hard copy files to support engineering design, utility coordination, and <br />construction-phase activities, contributing to precise mapping, quality-controlled documentation, and <br />efficient project delivery. <br /> <br />TRN2128229P1 Airport-Seaport-Convention Center Transportation PD&E Study. Broward County, FL. <br />Mr. Prada is serving as GIS Specialist, providing field support for topographic surveying activities at the <br />Port Everglades docks as part of a PD&E Study and preliminary engineering effort for a proposed fixed <br />guideway transit corridor. His role includes supporting the collection and organization of geospatial and <br />topographic data related to above- and below-ground features, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure. <br />He contributes to the creation of a 3D Digital Terrain Model (DTM) using GPS, RTK, and LiDAR <br />technologies, providing accurate mapping and data inputs used in survey processing, utility <br />coordination, and preliminary engineering analyses in compliance with NEPA and FDOT PD&E <br />requirements. <br />45
