He is a self-motivated professional <br />with outstanding manual, field, and customer service skills. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />E20-WASD -01B General Land and Engineering Surveying and <br />Mapping Services, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />This project consists of providing land surveying and Subsurface <br />Utility Engineering (SUE) services for water and wastewater <br />projects identified in WASD's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />• WO1 - Sunny Isles Boulevard & Collins Avenue. Mr. Charron <br />serves as the Survey Technician for this project, performing <br />field activities for the Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) <br />services at the intersection of Sunny Isles Boulevard and <br />Collins Avenue in the City of Sunny Isles. He executed soft <br />digs, collected subsurface utility data, verified utility locations <br />and conditions, and documented all findings to support <br />accurate mapping and engineering design for Miami-Dade <br />Water and Sewer (WASD). <br />• WO2 - Carol City Facility Survey. Mr. Charron serves as the <br />Survey Technician for this project, performing field surveying <br />at the 16-acre WASD Carol City Facility. He conducted <br />topographic and boundary surveys, mapped ROW-to-ROW <br />limits along approximately 3,500 linear feet of adjacent <br />roadways, documented site features including the canal and <br />pond, and verified elevations and property lines to support <br />accurate GIS and engineering deliverables for Miami-Dade <br />Water and Sewer Department. <br /> <br />E15-WASD -03A-17PDSI002 Small Diameter Water & Wastewater <br />Pipelines, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />These projects include the design and implementation of water <br />and sanitary sewer improvements to replace undersized <br />infrastructure. Work starts with the preliminary engineering and <br />exploration phase, which includes geotechnical investigations <br />and topographic surveys in accordance with WASD procedures <br />for horizontal and vertical controls. Technical specifications, <br />including scope of work, sequence of construction, and <br />instructions to bidders, are compiled for each project. <br />• Snapper Creek Water Main. Mr. Charron is serving as CAD <br />Technician for this work order, responsible for developing <br />and managing the engineering drawings that supported the <br />design of approximately 26,000 LF of 8" DIP water main <br />improvements for the Snapper Creek Townhouse project. <br />46
