<br />Mr. Charron is serving as CAD technician for pump stations 0407, 0408, 0409, and 0410, supporting
<br />consulting engineering services provides to the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD).
<br />His responsibilities include the preparation of detailed construction documents for the improvement and
<br />relocation of existing pump stations, along with limited support during the bidding and construction
<br />phases for the required upgrades. The overall project scope involves comprehensive design services
<br />such as preliminary site investigations, field inspections, surveying, hydraulic analysis, coordination with
<br />municipalities and the public, preparation of design reports, construction drawings, contract
<br />specifications, and design-build criteria packages.

<br />PNC2119245P1 Consultant Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure and Shelter Designs. Broward
<br />County, FL.
<br />Mr. Charron served as the Survey Technician for this project, providing topographic survey services in
<br />support of Broward County Transit Division (BCT) ongoing Transit Shelter Enhancement and Installation
<br />Programs. He conducted detailed surveys for over 500 bus shelters/stops, capturing elevations based
<br />on NGVD 1929 or NAVD 1988 tied to the nearest governmental benchmark. His work included
<br />documenting above-ground features such as pavements, sidewalks, paved swales, existing shelters, site
<br />furniture, walls, fences, utility poles, storm and sanitary manholes, catch basins, signs, curbs, valve boxes,
<br />fire hydrants, and overhead utilities. He also located and identified all trees and landscape elements on-
<br />site. These surveys provided critical data to support civil and structural design, utility relocations, permit
<br />preparation, stormwater management, and overall construction management for the transit shelter
<br />improvements.

<br />TRN2128229P1 Airport-Seaport-Convention Center Transportation PD&E Study. Broward County, FL.
<br />Mr. Charron is serving as Survey Technician for this PD&E Study and preliminary engineering project,
<br />supporting comprehensive field data collection for topographic and design surveys along the proposed
<br />fixed guideway corridor. His responsibilities include capturing elevations, right-of-way features,
<br />stormwater infrastructure, and above-ground elements, as well as assisting in the identification and
<br />documentation of underground utilities. He contributes to the establishment of project control and
<br />supports data collection efforts using GPS, RTK, and LiDAR technologies for the development of an
<br />accurate 3D Digital Terrain Model (DTM). Mr. Charron also assists in compiling field information used for
<br />utility coordination with multiple Utility Agency Owners (UAOs), ensuring reliable data to support
<br />engineering analysis, environmental documentation, and preliminary design development.

<br />Mr. Charron served as the Survey Technician for this project, performing field and office work to execute
<br />the Right-of-Way to Right-of-Way (ROW) survey for approximately 26,550 LF of roadways and a 0.3-acre
<br />parcel for a new pump station. His responsibilities included collecting and recording elevations, mapping
<br />property lines, driveways, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, walls, fences, access gates,
<br />pavement markings, and striping, and ensure all survey data accurately reflected both ROW and adjacent
<br />private property features to support the City of Miami’s flood improvement design efforts.

<br />TRN2120307P1 Broward County Transit Systemwide Study, Planning, And Preliminary Design, Broward
<br />County, FL.
<br />Mr. Charron served as the Survey Technician for this project, performing topographic and right-of-way
<br />surveys along approximately 16 miles of Oakland Park Boulevard in Broward County. He captured
<br />detailed field data for all above-ground features, including pavements, driveways, sidewalks, utility poles,
<br />and landscape elements, ensuring accurate geometry for the corridor-based Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
<br />preliminary analysis. His work supported the project’s compliance with the Federal Transit Administration
<br />(FTA) definition of corridor-based BRT and contributed to the preparation of survey-based data for
<br />design, urban planning, and transit-oriented development analyses.
