Mr. Valiente has participated in numerous surveys as <br />a field crew technician an instrument person in various projects <br />including boundary surveys, topographic, hydrographic surveys, <br />stake-outs and mortgage surveys. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />E15-WASD -03A-17PDSI002 Small Diameter Water & Wastewater <br />Pipelines, WASD. Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />These projects include the design and implementation of water <br />and sanitary sewer improvements to replace undersized <br />infrastructure. Work starts with the preliminary engineering and <br />exploration phase, which includes geotechnical investigations <br />and topographic surveys in accordance with WASD procedures <br />for horizontal and vertical controls. Technical specifications, <br />including scope of work, sequence of construction, and <br />instructions to bidders, are compiled for each project. <br />• Snapper Creek Water Main. Mr. Valiente is the Survey <br />Technician for this work order, which consists of the <br />engineering design, topographic survey, permits, <br />specifications and limited bid and construction support <br />services for the Snapper Creek Townhouse water service <br />upgrade to design & install approx. 26,000 LF of 8" DIP along <br />Snapper Creek Townhouses at 11200 SW 71 St. <br />• Force Main along Venetian Way. Mr. Valiente is the Survey <br />Technician for this work order, which consists of engineering <br />design, topographic survey, permitting and limited <br />construction support services for the design of approximately <br />700 LF of 10” Force Main. <br /> <br />Miami Springs East Drive Stormwater Improvements. Miami- <br />Dade County, FL. <br />Mr. Valiente was a survey crew member for this project which <br />included the filed data collection and topographic survey. PDS <br />provided our client with Professional Topographic Land Surveying <br />services for the Specific Purpose Topographic Survey required for <br />this project, located generally along East Drive between NW 36 <br />Street and S. Royal Poinciana Boulevard in the City of Miami <br />Springs, in Miami-Dade County (County) for an approximate <br />length of 9600 LF. The survey area included Right of Way to Right <br />of Way (ROW) survey, showing ROW lines, property lines for the <br />existing properties, portions of driveways, asphalt pavement, <br />roadways, concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and gutters, <br />concrete walls, pavement markings, striping, and fences. ROW is <br />approximately 70’ wide in average. <br /> <br />48
