<br />PDS provided mainly design services for horizontal construction in public right of way including but not
<br />limited to new ADA landing and accessibility pads & sidewalks, concrete curbs, stormwater retention
<br />areas, bus stop signs, passenger advisory signs, amenities, utilities relocation, and the installation of pre-
<br />fabricated & cast-in-place shelter structures.
<br />• Cypress Creek Rd Fiber Optic Design. Mr. Valiente was the Survey Technician for this project, which
<br />had the objective of providing Right of Way and Utility Investigation Services for a work area
<br />approximately 25,080 LF (4.75 Miles), in Broward County, FL.
<br />• Sheridan over FTP DDB RFP. Mr. Valiente was the Survey Technician for this project, which had the
<br />objective of providing a topographic surveying and underground utility coordination services for an
<br />area of work that included a segment of Broward County’s Sheridan Street Corridor (SR 822) from 50
<br />feet west of the west right of way line of N 64th Avenue to approximately 250 feet east of the center
<br />line of N 61st Avenue, for an approximate length of 2,300 linear feet, and an approximated 700 linear
<br />feet for side streets of length of 50 feet from the north and south right of way lines of Sheridan Street
<br />at the intersections of N 64th and N 61st Avenue, including N 62nd Avenue parallel to Sheridan, for a
<br />total length of 3,000 linear feet of full topographic survey.

<br />PNC2119245P1 Consultant Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure and Shelter Designs. Broward
<br />County, FL.
<br />Mr. Valiente served as Survey Technician for this project, where PDS provided comprehensive
<br />architectural and engineering services on a project-specific basis to support transit shelter
<br />improvements, including engineering, surveying, and permitting for over 500 bus shelters/stops under
<br />Broward County Transit’s ongoing Transit Shelter Enhancement and Installation Programs. His
<br />responsibilities included performing field survey activities, collecting and documenting existing site
<br />conditions, and supporting the preparation of accurate survey deliverables for transit facility
<br />improvements. He contributed to topographic data collection, verification of existing infrastructure, and
<br />coordination of survey information with engineering teams to support civil design, utility coordination,
<br />permitting, and construction management activities. Mr. Valiente ensured accurate field data collection
<br />and survey documentation in accordance with project requirements, BCT standards, and applicable
<br />surveying practice.

<br />TRN2120307P1 Broward County Transit Systemwide Study, Planning, And Preliminary Design, Broward
<br />County, FL.
<br />Mr. Valiente was the Survey Technician for this endeavor that consisted of the completion of a
<br />preliminary analysis on Oakland Park Boulevard in Broward County, to meet the Federal Transit
<br />Administration ("FTA ") definition of corridor-based BRT. The scope of work included the Work Program
<br />Administration and Management, the Preliminary design development, and the Urban Design, Transit-
<br />Oriented Development, Affordable Housing Nexus.

<br />Professional Surveying Services on Forrest Drive. Miami-Dade County, FL.
<br />Mr. Valiente served as Survey Technician for this project along Forrest Drive Road in the City of Miami
<br />Springs, supporting the execution of approximately 2,200 linear feet of topographic and boundary
<br />surveying. He performed field data collection, capturing detailed horizontal and vertical information of
<br />existing conditions, including pavements, curbs, sidewalks, utilities, drainage structures, and roadway
<br />features, in accordance with NAD83 and NAVD88 datums. His responsibilities included documentation
<br />of rim, top, and invert elevations for stormwater and sanitary sewer manholes as well as collecting terrain
<br />elevations and limited tree data within the project corridor. Mr. Valiente also assisted in boundary survey
<br />efforts through monument recovery and identification of property limits, contributing to the accurate
<br />development of survey deliverables used for design and permitting.
