<br />Dear Ms. Cuevas and Evaluation Committee Members,
<br />Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS), an award-winning SBE-A&E firm, is pleased to submit this
<br />response to outline its qualifications in offering professional services for RFQ # 26-07-01 Continuing
<br />Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services (CCNA).
<br />PDS is strategically located to provide efficient support for this project, with our headquarters
<br />in the City of Miramar, Broward County, approximately 14 miles from City of Sunny Isles Beach,
<br />and our Miami office, situated within Miami-Dade County, just 21 miles from City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach. Both offices operate seamlessly through an integrated system, sharing servers that enable
<br />remote access, video conferencing, and resource sharing, ensuring smooth collaboration, real-time
<br />communication, and efficient project delivery.
<br />Through its proven Scalable Task Management Methodology, PDS ensures depth, redundancy, and
<br />flexibility, enabling the team to efficiently execute multiple work orders concurrently while maintaining
<br />strong technical capacity, streamlined proposal workflows, seamless coordination, and reliable cost
<br />and schedule development. Supporting this approach is a dedicated surveying staff that includes
<br />five survey technicians, four CAD technicians, and a GIS/Aerial Photogrammetry Specialist, providing
<br />the technical depth and production capacity required to meet accelerated schedules and multiple
<br />concurrent assignments. This methodology has been successfully implemented over several years
<br />across more than 40 continuing contracts, both completed and ongoing, demonstrating PDS’s
<br />ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in demanding, multi-task environments.
<br />We are currently delivering surveying services for the 12038-296 Parks Bond and Parks Master Plan
<br />Design Implementation Services, covering 272 acres across 25 locations and supporting a wide
<br />range of park facilities. PDS has performed similar work for the City of Opa-Locka under its Capital
<br />Improvements Program (CIP) Master Plan, conducting comprehensive topographic surveys for over
<br />200,000 LF of roadway. Under PNC2119245P1 Consultant Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure and
<br />Shelter Designs, PDS has provided surveying services for 20 work orders supporting approximately
<br />500 bus shelters and stops, including field data collection for ADA-compliant transit improvements.
<br />Additionally, under Project No. 19-014 Dania Beach Southeast Drainage Improvements Phase 2, PDS
<br />completed a 26,000 LF topographic route survey for a 500-acre flood-prone area to support the
<br />design of comprehensive stormwater improvements. Under the E15-WASD-03A-17PDSI002 Small
<br />Diameter Replacement Program, PDS has provided surveying, design, and permitting services for
<br />more than 75,000 LF of 8-10-inch water and force mains and 30,000 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer.
